What if I’m not a drummer/ musician?

Everyone has rhythm.  Drumming is just an extension of the basic beat of your own heart. Anyone can drum and participate in interactive music making. No experience is necessary.  The most important instruments are the ears and the heart.  If you listen to the music and put a note where it sounds and feels good you are contributing to the groove.

What kind of drum should I get?

Try as many drums as possible and choose the drum that sounds good and calls you on an emotional or spritiual level. Different styles of drumming resonate with people in a personal way. Other factors to take into consideration are height, weight, and style of music you want to play.  If you need something durable and impervious to weather you might be best off buying a REMO drum.
